Scrambled eggs with Onions and Peppers

Yes, we said scrambled eggs on the hCG Diet - OH YUMMY. On occasion you can replace your protein with 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites. You can mix and match this recipe by adding fresh salsa and cilantro, onions and tomatoes, green peppers, etc.
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
start cooking on a non stick pan and ad in the allowable items you desire.

Seasonings (to taste):
Franks red hot sauce
Fresh Salsa, etc.
